A Conroe woman was arrested on aggravated assault charges on Sunday, January 2, for allegedly stabbing her husband.
According to a police report, 38-year-old Deconda Easley was arguing with her husband in their kitchen when she pulled out a kitchen knife and stabbed him in the left arm.
In the state of Texas, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon is classified as a second-degree felony. If convicted, Easley could face a minimum of 2 years and up to 20 years in prison, as well as a maximum of $10,000 in fines.
